Considering Birth: Advocacy Website Design
I developed a comprehensive 12-page responsive website addressing the gap in accessible information about midwifery care and birthing options for expectant mothers. The project involved complete content creation—developing editorial strategy, writing informational copy, and producing original photography—alongside full visual design and development across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
PROJECT NOTES:
Content strategy and creation — Researching complex healthcare topics and translating them into accessible, actionable information
Full-stack development — Handling both visual design and technical implementation across responsive platforms
Advocacy-focused design — Creating trustworthy, approachable visual language for sensitive healthcare decisions
Original photography direction — Producing cohesive imagery that supports messaging without clinical sterility
